AI & orchestration

AI that understands the work, explains what changed and helps you act.

Aria uses AI where interpretation and language genuinely help: reading documents, explaining a change, answering a question across delivery information, preparing a draft. It does not use AI to invent project facts or do financial arithmetic, and it does not change your projects without approval.

    Understand

Aria reads the material delivery actually arrives in. A Statement of Work becomes a proposed structure — scope, milestones, effort, roles — for a person to review before anything is created.

Once a project is live, you can ask questions in plain language about a project or across the portfolio, and Aria answers from the delivery information it can actually see.

    Examples

    • Statement of Work and document interpretation
    • Project context for the conversation you are already in
    • Project questions
    • Portfolio questions

    Explain

A number on its own does not help. Aria explains why project health is where it is, what is driving a predicted completion date, and which work is at risk over the coming weeks.

Explanations name their contributing factors, and predictions can be recomputed so you can see the current basis rather than a stale one.

    Examples

    • Project health, with the reasons behind it
    • Predicted completion and forecast margin, with their basis
    • Work at risk and why it is exposed
    • Where a figure is weakened by missing information, that limitation stated

Aria can recommend the move. You approve it.

For supported workflows Aria can prepare an operational action — a change to plan, a resourcing move, a project update, a drafted client message — and present it for approval.

Nothing in that set executes on its own. The proposal is shown, you approve or dismiss it, and only then does anything change. Where an action is not supported, Aria says so rather than implying it acted.

    Examples

    • Proposed project actions
    • Proposed resourcing actions
    • Drafted status updates and client digests
    • Drafted timesheet entries where evidence exists

AI for interpretation. Deterministic systems for the facts.

Project facts and financial figures are produced by calculation over structured data. Language models are used to interpret, explain and draft around those facts — not to generate them.

Where drafted content is based on specific source material, Aria shows what it drew on, so a person can check the basis before sending anything to a client.
