How connections are set up
Email, calendar and meeting accounts are connected by each person under their own settings, because they are personal accounts. Jira, Xero, Slack and Microsoft Teams are connected once for the workspace by an administrator.
Connections can be disconnected at any time from the same place. What Aria reads from each system, and what it does with it, is described on the security page.
