Run client delivery from one connected operating picture

Aria connects projects, people, time and money so service teams can see what is changing, understand what it means and act before the outcome is fixed.

    The problem

The information exists. It just doesn't meet anywhere.

Agencies and consultancies usually run delivery through several disconnected tools, spreadsheets and manual routines. The issue is not having too many tabs open. It is that the information needed to understand delivery is fragmented.

Project progress lives somewhere. Capacity somewhere else. Timesheets somewhere else. Commercials somewhere else. Scope changes somewhere else again — often in an email thread.

So the operating picture gets rebuilt by hand, usually in a meeting, usually after the useful decision point has passed. Aria connects those things instead.

    How Aria works

From sold work to the next move

One continuous loop rather than a set of separate systems. Each stage feeds the next, and each stage reads from what the others already know.

    1. 1

      Sell

Opportunities and proposed work, before anything is committed.

    2. 2

      Plan

A Statement of Work becomes a structured plan you review and approve.

    3. 3

      Resource

People planned against the demand the plan actually creates.

    4. 4

      Deliver

Phases, tasks and milestones worked in Kanban, list or timeline.

    5. 5

      Track

Time, progress, costs and client communication kept current.

    6. 6

      Understand

Health, predicted completion, work at risk and forecast margin.

    7. 7

      Act

Rephase, reassign, raise a change request or update the client.

    AI insights and proposed actions

    AI-native by design

AI where interpretation helps. Approval where it matters.

Aria uses AI to interpret delivery information, extract structured detail from documents, explain project health, identify work at risk, support forecasting, draft timesheet entries where evidence exists, prepare project updates and answer questions across delivery information.

It can also propose supported operational actions. Those proposals are shown for approval — you approve or dismiss, and only then does anything change. Aria does not quietly rewrite your projects.

Facts and financial figures are calculated from structured data. Generative AI explains them; it does not produce them.

    Connected information

The value is in the relationships

Any single record is ordinary. What changes the conversation is what one record implies about another.

A late task moves the forecast

Delivery pace is measured, so slippage changes the predicted completion date rather than sitting quietly in a task list.

A moved forecast moves expected cost

More elapsed effort implies more labour cost, which changes the forecast cost to completion.

    Expected cost moves margin

Forecast margin is recalculated from the current position, not the position at the time of sale.

Capacity decides whether a fix is realistic

Reassignment only helps if the person is genuinely free and the work they leave is not itself exposed.

An approved change moves the baseline

Once a change request is approved, the plan and commercial baseline update together.

    Client communication stays attached

Updates, approvals and shared views reference the same project record as the delivery detail.

Bring a live project and a real commercial question. Thirty minutes is usually enough to tell whether this fits how you work.
